The swiss-army knife of the trucks, Tacohawk is a pocket rocket full of potential. This custom built trailer has both a taco kitchen and a cocktail bar that makes it perfect for smaller events or an add on to one of the other trucks. It's small and agile to transport but once it's opened up, Tacohawk has a presence like no other.

Definitely the cutest of all the trucks and fondly referred to as 'Cherry Baby', Sweethawk is the most versatile of the trucks. A custom built Rocket trailer merged with a 1968 International Harvesters Scout, Sweethawk by name, Sweethawk by nature. From desserts to burgers, available to private and corporate clients, Sweethawk is a perfect solution to an event needing something out of the ordinary.

We don’t add sugar, we don’t pasteurise and we don’t add artificial flavors. We’re all about keeping it real – 100% crushed fruit fermented with minimal intervention. Natural C02 produced during fermentation makes for an easy bohemian bubble.
