The 111th Polo International event was held on Saturday 6th April at the picturesque Windsor Polo Club with over 2000 guests in attendance. The sun was shining and the Hawkesbury turned on a stunning autumn day which set the scene for a fabulous day of polo and entertainment.

The Colts match commenced at 11.30am and the future of Polo as shown by these incredible young players is in very good shape !! A final score of 7.5 goals to 6 goals saw NSW Country - Anna Dowling, Lachie Gilmore, Henry Williams and Max Neil -  crowned the 2019 Champions and taking home the Ken Austin Trophy.

A massive congratulations also to NSW City Team - Jack Grimes, Dylan Jones, Hamish Dowling and Enzo Mascart.

MVP - Anna Dowling

The Ladies International was a testament to the strength in woman polo...Captain Alessia Russo scored a fabulous goal to push the margin out to 3-1 which was the final score. The MVP was Indi Benetto and Indi also had Champion Pony in 'Canonbar Revenge', a 7yo gelding bred by her family.

Australia - Alessio Russo, Indi Bennetto, Billie Mascart and Whitney Warren.

England - Lucy Rose-Bliss, Sian Barnacle, Alex James and Lottie Lamacraft.

9-8 to Australia almost right on the bell ! Understandably, Ruki was awarded MVP and also received Champion Playing Pony for 'Pistol'. A huge congratulations to Jack Archibald (C), Matt Grimes, Ruki Baillieu and Dirk Gould with commiserations to the England Team of James Harper (C), Jimbo Fewster, Ollie Cudmore and Jack Richardson.
